Where can I buy from?

The online JOCAVI store is only active in Spain excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Is it safe to buy in www.jocavi.com?

At JOCAVI we do not have access to the details of your credit card or bank account. When you reach this step in the shopping process you will be redirected to a secure website where you can enter your bank card details. Once entered, the bank will only give us confirmation of this payment to continue your purchasing process. You can check that you are on a secure server if at the top of the page you see https instead of http. This means that you are on a secure server.

What payment methods does the online store allow?

The JOCAVI online store allows payment via PayPal or VISA, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. The charge will be made at the time of purchase. We have all the necessary measures to ensure secure payment and protect your data so that you can buy with complete security.

Can I place orders over the phone?

No, all purchases must be made through the JOCAVI online store.

How can I change my order?

In any of the steps in the shopping process you can modify the data for your order. You can always click on the shopping basket in the top right hand corner at any time to view and modify its contents. From this page showing the content of the shopping basket you can start the payment and checkout. If you place an order by mistake and want to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible at the address info@jocavi.com. You can also ring us during office hours by calling 972 86 02 03. We will try to solve the problem as quickly as possible. However, if your order has already been shipped, you can return it later without any problem bearing in mind that you will have to pay the return shipping costs. You can check our return policy if you want further information.

Is VAT included?

All the prices you see on our website are final prices and you will not have to pay any additional fees.

Do I have to pay shipping costs?

No. Shipping costs are free in the JOCAVI store.

In the event of returning the product and as long as it is the 1st size change and there has been no mistake by JOCAVI in the order delivered and the product is not damaged, the cost of return transportation will be free. From the 2nd return for reasons not attributable to JOCAVI the return costs will be payable by you.

From which countries can I buy in the online store?

The online JOCAVI store is not open to third countries. You can only buy from Spain.

What are the delivery times?

The order will be delivered in 48/72 hours.

What should I do if the product received is not the one I ordered?

If the order received does not meet your expectations, for whatever reason, you can return it following the instructions on the received package.

What should I do if the product received is damaged?

If the product is damaged it must be returned according to the received indications.

Is there a maximum return period?

No refunds are allowed after 30 days from the delivery date.

Is it possible to obtain a refund for returns?

Returns always involve a refund of the amount paid.

Can I make returns and/or changes in stores stocking JOCAVI products?

Products purchased from the JOCAVI online store must be returned and/or changed as instructed, never in physical stores stocking JOCAVI product.

Is there any area of Spain excluded from the online sale?

Both the Canary Islands and Ceuta and Melilla are excluded from the online sale.
