Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your online purchase. So, once you have received your order, you have 30 calendar days from receiving the product to return it, provided that the products are not damaged, have not been used and still have their original packaging and label.

To return the product, please send an email to: info@jocavi.com indicating the order number, the product or products concerned and the reason for the return. Once you have notified us of your return and received an email of acceptance from JOCAVI, you must send the package to:

As long as you have met the requirements for the return, JOCAVI will refund the full amount of the returned items, although the original shipping costs for the order will not be refunded. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer (at your expense) and under no circumstances will JOCAVI accept returns sent postage due.

Returns cannot be made in physical multi-brand stores that stock JOCAVI products. All returns of products purchased in the online store must be made by the process described above.

If you receive a different item to the one requested or it is in poor condition (defect), let us know by email and JOCAVI will handle its collection and the subsequent shipping of the new article, as well as paying for the shipping back and forth. If it is unable to satisfy your order upon receipt of your package, you will be refunded the amount paid.

CHANGES

JOCAVI allows the FIRST size change free of charge, or in other words, it pays for the return and new shipment costs. After your email request to change the size has been received you will be sent an email from JOCAVI informing you of the availability (if any) of the new size required. You should provide the address for collecting the garment in question (if different to the shipping address) so that we can pass it on to our carrier.

You can change the model or colour of the garment, if you wish, but keep in mind that you must pay the cost of the return and place a new order
