JOCAVI offers you an online shopping service allowing you to buy some of the items from JOCAVI's collections from any computer, smartphone or tablet.

We are now going to ask you to review the general terms and conditions governing the purchase of JOCAVI products through this website. The use of this Website constitutes your agreement to these general conditions. Nevertheless, if you have any questions regarding these conditions then please contact us through the channels we offer on this website.

Ownership of the content of the website.

All illustrations, designs, icons, graphics, photographs, images and any other elements that form part of the website are the exclusive property of JOCAVI S.A.

The elements of this website are designed for the purpose of offering for sale the products identified with the JOCAVI and Sbeltjeans brands. Copying or use of such elements does not involve the transfer of any rights over them. The reproduction, publication, transmission, modification or distribution by any means of the elements of this website it is expressly prohibited.

Coverage of the service

The products offered for purchase on this website are only distributed in Spain excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Under no circumstances can any order be made outside Spain unless the order delivery address is in Spain excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

The items offered on this website are a selection of products from the JOCAVI collection and meet the same quality and guarantee requirements as the products offered for sale in multi-brand establishments that stock JOCAVI products.

Purchase procedure

The items you wish to purchase must be selected and added to the shopping basket by clicking on the corresponding icon.

The shopping basket will contain the reference of the selected item, its name, the size and colour chosen and the price (including taxes).

The order form will request personal data that will be incorporated into our database in order to process the order and to facilitate making new purchases in JOCAVI. Similarly, you can access your personal data and information on all your orders. Remember that the correct personal data must be indicated to avoid confusion or incidents in the shipping of the article(s) purchased.

After completing the purchase details but before sending the order, a summary will be displayed identifying the item purchased, its total price (transport and taxes included) and shipping information. The order must be confirmed by clicking the "Confirm Order" button.

Purchases will be paid for by credit card or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express) or PayPal. Other forms of payment will not be accepted. For payments by credit or debit card, the charge will be made online, i.e. in real time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding bank, once it has been established that the data provided are correct.

Once the transaction has been confirmed, the order number will be communicated through the website itself so you can track it at any time and from your computer.

You will also be sent an email with a description of the order and the personal data that you have provided. Any failure to receive this message could be due to a temporary communication problem in the network or to an error in the email address supplied. In both cases it is advisable to get in contact with JOCAVI.

If, at the time of issuance of the order, our warehouse detects that there are no stocks of any of the products included in it, we will try to locate the garment. If that is not possible, the customer will be notified immediately. In addition, the amount charged for this item will be refunded within a few days.

Method of payment and security

JOCAVI will only accept payments via credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard) and PayPal.

For payments by credit or debit card, the payment will be taken online, i.e. in real time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding bank, once it has been established that the data are correct. In order to provide maximum security in the payment system, JOCAVI uses secure payment systems from leading banks in electronic commerce payments. In this way, confidential payment details are transmitted directly and using encryption (SSL) to the corresponding bank. For payment by Visa and MasterCard, JOCAVI only accepts SET transactions (Secure Electronic Transactions) with the international 3D Secure protocol characterised by the services Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode. Secure Electronic Transaction is an initiative launched in order to guarantee security in Internet transactions. When making a payment via the secure payment gateway, the system automatically verifies that the credit card is activated for Secure Electronic Transactions. You are then connected to the bank issuing the card, which will ask you to authorise the transaction using a personal authentication code. The operation will only be performed if the bank issuing the credit card confirms the authentication code. Otherwise, the transaction will be rejected.

As a complementary measure to the "Secure payment" system and with the aim of helping to prevent Internet fraud, JOCAVI reserves the right to verify the personal data supplied by the customer and take action as appropriate (including cancellation of the order) so that the purchased goods are delivered in accordance with the information contained in the order.

Transportation

Items purchased in JOCAVI will be transported using an international courier company and delivered within approximately 48 to 72 hours.

To avoid delivery incidents (wrong addresses, inability to find someone at home, etc.), it is essential to fill in the corresponding form properly and it is advisable to fill in the box relating to your contact phone number.

The price of transport is free for any order.

It will not be possible to send orders to PO boxes.

The shipping costs may be modified at any time without notice. This change will apply from the moment that the modification is included in the help pages and the contract published on this website. In any case, the shipping costs that appear at the time of ordering will be valid.

Changes and/or returns

If upon receipt of the purchase you are not satisfied, JOCAVI allows it to be changed (size) or returned within thirty (30) days from the date of its receipt provided that the garment has not been used or damaged. JOCAVI cannot accept exchanges or returns for used or damaged garments or those without the original packaging as long as they are not defective. We do not allow changes in model, just size. To exchange one article for another, you must first return the item for a refund and make a new purchase.

All orders include a RETURN FORM which must necessarily be sent with the goods, properly filled in.

Returns cannot be made in physical multi-brand stores that stock JOCAVI products. All returns of product purchased in the online store must be made by the process described above.

Changes and/or returns by mail

The change of size or return for refund of the purchased products may be made by ordinary mail. All returns must be in their original packaging and come with the return form duly completed.

Upon receipt of the product(s), JOCAVI will verify that they are in good condition and will proceed to send the required size, if it is a return for size change, or will ask the bank concerned to cancel the charge made to the card credit used if a refund has been requested. The shipping costs for the products that you wish to change or return, by mail or courier, will be paid by the customer and under no circumstances will JOCAVI accept returns sent postage due.

For returns made by post, we advise sending them by registered post or with acknowledgement of receipt.

If JOCAVI has mistakenly sent a different item to the one requested or the quality of the article sent is not adequate, JOCAVI, after checking the error or defect, will pay the proportional part of the shipping costs (back and forth) for the defective garment after asking the customer for proof of the cost of the return shipping.

Registration

No registration is required to shop in JOCAVI. However, the data provided will be saved in the JOCAVI database to process the order and to provide greater ease and speed for your future purchases.

Once registered, all users can ask the system to recognise them automatically. This will allow users to speed up the shopping process and obtain more direct access to their data, since no prior identification will be required to access them. Automatic recognition is performed through the use of cookies. If users have asked the system to recognise them automatically, JOCAVI will only ask users to identify themselves when connecting to JOCAVI from a different computer than usual or if they have deleted their temporary Internet files (cache and/or cookies).

Data security and confidentiality

All information provided by JOCAVI.com customers will be used only to process purchase orders, to facilitate browsing and purchasing JOCAVI items and to report by mail and/or email new products, special offers and news related to this website and/or JOCAVI in general.

JOCAVI guarantees that the data provided by customers will not be shared with third parties or companies outside JOCAVI S.A. The data provided will be included in the JOCAVI server using SSL protocol and its transmission will be encrypted to ensure their confidentiality. The server automatically recognises: the IP address, date and time of entry and exit of the website, as well as files that have been downloaded.

JOCAVI server location. Law and jurisdiction

The server for this website is located in Spain. These purchase conditions are subject to Spanish legislation so the sales transactions are deemed to be made at the address of JOCAVI. In the event of a dispute between the parties to this contract, the competent jurisdiction will be that which applies in each case.

Right of cancellation

You are entitled to cancel this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, took physical possession of the goods or, for a single order of multiple goods delivered separately, from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, took physical possession of the last of these goods.

Your decision to cancel the contract must be notified through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by mail, fax or email). You can use the following form, although its use is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation period it is enough for the communication concerning your exercising of this right to be sent before the expiry of the deadline.

Consequences of cancellation:

In the event of cancellation on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including the shipping costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery different to the least expensive ordinary method of delivery that we offer) without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to cancel this contract. We will proceed to make this refund using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any charges as a result of refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have supplied evidence of their return, depending on which condition is met first.

You should directly return or deliver the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than within 14 calendar days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to cancel the contract. Please note that cancellation shipping expenses are payable by you. The deadline will be considered met if you return the goods before the period has ended.
